1.Antilla, Mumbai – The first Billion dollar home
Mukesh Ambani, the fifth richest man in the world and head of the Mumbai based petrochemical giant Reliance Industries is estimated to be worth somewhere in the region of $43 billion. He is also the owner to-be of a 27-story skyscraper in downtown Mumbai that is to cost him colossal $2 billion! His wife Nita Ambani was staying in the Mandarin Oriental in New York and was so impressed with the interior Asian style decor that she wanted something similar for her to live in. What resulted from that is the world’s largest and most expensive home ever. Every story in the Antilla’s skyscraper home will be built to a different specification. The vast variation of materials to be used in its build has tremendously added to its overall cost. The meticulous planning that has gone into this architectural design is astounding and once the 27 -story tower is built it will certainly become a spectacular site for all eyes. 2.The Manor, Los Angeles – Aaron Spelling dream house
His wife Cindy dubbed Aaron Spelling’s 56,000-square-foot LA mansion “The Manor”. Built for him in 1991 it has 123 rooms for his family to choose from. Nothing was spared in the creation of this home, with an indoor skating rink, multiple pools, three kitchens, sports courts, private orchard, and a bowling alley. Not happy with the “norm” for these mansions, there are also more unusual additions, such as a doll museum, a room used exclusively for wrapping presents and an entire floor dedicated to closet space. In 2007 Candy Spelling, estranged mother of Tori Spelling, decided that her 57,000 square foot mansion was just a tad bit large for her and her pooch and decided to sell it and turned the mansion into the most expensive estate (in terms of current listings) at that time.
3.Barbie Malibu Mansion – a life-size mansion inspired by Barbie’s dream house
In honor of Barbie’s 50th birthday celebration, interior decorator extraordinaire, Jonathan Adler, decked out a real-life 3,500-square-foot pad overlooking the Pacific Ocean to look like the blond doll’s outrageous home. He lined Barbie’s bedroom with wall-to-wall pink carpeting emblazoned with her initial. The closet is filled with 50 pairs of pink peep-toe heels while her kitchen is stocked with cupcake-making ingredients. An in-house museum features 25 vintage Barbie dolls on display. In the garage? A pink Volkswagen New Beetle with a motorized pop-up vanity in the trunk. Adler’s favorite furnishings are hanging in the living room: an original Andy Warhol portrait of Barbie valued at over $200,000 and a chandelier — designed by “Project Runway” contestant Chris March — that’s made up of over 30 blond wigs and took more than 60 hours to craft. He also admires a one-of-a-kind black-and-white wall mirror created with 64 dolls. The house is perched on a cliff in Malibu overlooking the ocean. It’s a fantasyland for anyone.
4.Hearst Castle – Beverly Hills, Los Angeles
This Italian style villa was used for iconic scenes in The Godfather and John F Kennedy stayed here on his honeymoon with new wife Jackie. The former home of newspaper publisher William Randolph Hearst has 27 bedrooms, its own cinema, night club and an outdoor terrace large enough for 400 guests.
5.Fleur de Lys – Beverly Hills, Los Angeles
The massive French-style estate, situated in the Holmby Hills neighborhood, which together with Beverly Hills and Bel Air form Los Angeles’s Platinum Triangle, was first listed at $125 million in 2007, after David I. and Suzanne Saperstein completed renovations of the behemoth place. After the renovations the couple divorced and Suzanne Saperstein put the home on the market. Since, it has been off and on the market, says agent Kurt Rappaport, of Westside Estate Agency. “The sale did close,” says Rappaport. Lucky guy–he has had the listing for just three months.
6.Fairfield Pond – New York, USA
The home of an American investor and businessman Ira Rennert, dubbed Fairfield. Rennert named his home after the adjoining body of water, Fairfield Pond. The house is situated in the Hamptons in the NY, Us and is spread on the 63 acres of land and it is largest residential house in the US. The house is famous for its separate bowling alley and a hot tub of worth $150,000.
7.Villa Leopolda – French Riviera
This 27 storey high residence Villa Lepolda is believed Europe’s most expensive home. This luxurious house take its name from King Leopold, who built it back in 1902 for his mistress Blanche Zélia Joséphine Delacroix. It is a 80,000 square feet estate that is situated on the French Riveria is divided on two guest houses on the 20 acres ground. The best part about this villa that it has a private beach front and it is the best beach front in the southern part of France. It consists of 14 bathrooms and 11 bedrooms and huge gardens and much more.
8.Chenglu Sea-view Villa – Qingshui Bay
Chenglu Sea-view Villa, is located in Qingshui Bay International Resort (which has a 2-kilometer coastline), Lingshui County, south-east of Hainan Island. Occupying 4800 mu with 12 villas in total, it is a part of Greentown Hainan Blue Bay Town Project. Now, the House Nine and House Ten adjacent to the Central Street have been completed.

10.Concrete House By A-Cero
The grey colour of the concrete that make up the whole building and an architectural wide black pergola, there are the elements that, at first sight, stand out in the house exterior. Furthermore, huge windows have been included in the façade in order to enjoy of the pleasant surrounding views of the house.
The construction has two floors that have been built according to the slope of the house´s plot. The first level, where the pedestrian access is, has a area of 653m2. This floor has been distributed in three areas: a familiar area (lounge, dining room, kitchen, office, a living room for the children …); a private part where are four bedrooms, with its proper baths and dressing-rooms, and a free time and relaxation area that is opened to the exterior and the swimming pool throw a wide porch.
In the ground floor there are a gymnasium, a wine vault, cleaning rooms and the area for service and house´s facilities.
In the interior spaces, everything is thought until the millimeter. Every wall, detail and corner shows the elegant and studied work that A-cero has made.
